Early Intervention Programme (EIP)
Building Communication, Learning, Self-Regulation & Independence Skills
Our Early Intervention Programme (EIP) supports individuals with autism, ADHD and other developmental differences in developing meaningful skills that enhance participation, confidence and quality of life through Compassionate & Contemporary ABA approaches.
What Is Early Intervention?
Early intervention refers to a system of different therapy approaches (including ABA Therapy) and targeted support for individuals develop essential foundational skills, independence, social participation, prevent behavior challenges from escalating and improve their long-term development outcome, starting from the earliest age possible.
At Miles, intervention programmes are individualised according to each learner’s strengths, needs, developmental profile and family goals.
Our focus extends beyond teaching skills within therapy sessions. We aim to help individuals apply what they learn across home, school and community environments where those skills matter most.
Why Early Intervention Matters?
The early years are an important period for learning and development. During this time, children are rapidly developing communication, learning, social, emotional and independence skills that form the foundation for future growth.
When developmental challenges are identified early, timely support can help individuals build important skills, reduce barriers to learning and increase opportunities for meaningful participation at home, school and within the community.
Early intervention does not aim to change who a person is. Rather, it maximizes a child’s potential by focusing on helping individuals develop skills that support communication, learning, self-regulation, independence and overall quality of life, to close the gaps from same age peers as early as possible.
